Congratutlations to the Wenatchee Valley Senior Center for winning the $1,000 suprise Silver Lining grant on Wednesday, September 7th. Executive Director Lori Kostors and board members Dian Thompson and Donna Pipkin accepted the award presented by CFNCW board members Katie Pauly and Gil Sparks. The Senior Center offers a friendly, relaxing, and fun atmosphere for older citizens to socialize. They offer a wide array of activities, including dancing, cards, ping pong, Wii bowling, crafts, and more along with some great coordinated events throughout the year.
