The Lake Chelan Historical Society and the Chelan Arts Council was awarded $2,000 toward the purchase of the sculpture to be placed at the Woodin Avenue entrance to Chelan. Flower Dancing In The Wind is the first piece in the Outdoor Gallery’s permanent collection and will become an important part of the downtown Chelan landscape.
